• 500 g seedless white grapes
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bottles white grape juice
  • 2 bottles white wine
  • 2 bottles Fürst von Metternich Riesling Sekt Trocken
  • 300 ml Jacobi 1880
  • Vanilla sugar

Wash the grapes, cut them into halves and place them into a punch bowl. Add the brandy and a packet of vanilla sugar and leave to steep overnight. Wash the oranges and lemons, cut into slices and add to the punch bowl. Pour over grape juice and wine and leave to stand in the fridge for about an hour. Before serving, fill with the sparkling wine, add ice cubes as appropriate, stir and pour.
