  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 250 ml Henkell Trocken
  • Vanilla pod

Mix the butter, sugar, egg and the contents of half a vanilla pod using a whisk. Add the flour and baking powder bit by bit until a thick mixture has been formed. Carefully add the sparkling wine. Bake the waffles until golden brown. Pairs wonderfully with fruit (warm raspberries, cherries or puréed fruit mousse), or even lemon curd and sparkling wine mousse or jelly.
