Ingredients

  • 2 cl Gorbatschow vodka
  • 2 cl Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 cl pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 cl freshly-pressed lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 10 cl Henkell Sekt
  • Garnish: Grapefruit & lemon slices, small pieces of grapefruit

As a first step, mix the Gorbatschow vodka, Maraschino liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup with plenty of ice using a blender. Then add the resulting ice mixture into a glass and fill the drink up with Henkell Trocken. For the garnish, simply hang the slices of grapefruit and lemon, and the little pieces of grapefruit, on the edge of the glass.
